Shipping Information

We ship our enchanted creations worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Each order is carefully prepared in our Telluride atelier within 1-2 business days before beginning its journey to you.

Shipping Options:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arriving within 10-15 days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (for orders over $50): Via EMS, arriving within 15-25 days after dispatch

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and customs processing.

Our Enchanted Returns Policy

While we strive to make every gown fit your fairytale perfectly, we understand that sometimes an exchange or return may be needed. Our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into crafting our dresses—thoughtful, transparent, and focused on your complete satisfaction.

Important Note: To preserve the magic of special occasions, Bridal Dresses, Bridesmaid Dresses, and Flower Girl Dresses are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom nature. All other items may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

The Enchanted Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Package: Carefully repackage your item with all original tags and protective packaging—treat it as gently as we would.
  3. Ship It Back: Send your return via your preferred carrier to our enchanted atelier:

  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days), we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refund Details

Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • International returns may be subject to customs fees (we recommend marking the package as “Returned Goods”)
  • Exchanges will be processed once we receive your original item

Conditions for Returns

To ensure we can accept your return:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition
  • All tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Special Note for International Returns: While we serve brides worldwide, return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your package finds its way safely back to our atelier.
