After our two-day preparation period (where we lovingly wrap your dress with lavender sprigs), you’ll receive tracking information via email. Track your package’s journey from our mountain atelier in real-time with DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

Orders enter our production queue within 24 hours. Email [email protected] immediately if you need changes—we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your request before shipment.

Every Dresselia order arrives in our signature keepsake packaging with tissue and lavender, perfect for gifting! For bridal party orders, we offer coordinating boxes at no additional cost.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for unworn, unaltered dresses with tags attached. Bridal and custom items are final sale. Initiate returns by emailing [email protected]—we’ll provide a prepaid label for U.S. returns (international returns are responsible for return shipping).

Once we receive your return, please allow:

• 5 business days for inspection
• + your bank’s processing time (typically 3-5 business days)

Absolutely! Exchanges are prioritized in our system. Email us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll guide you through the process. For fastest service, include photos of you in the dress—our stylists can then recommend the perfect alternate size.
