After our two-day preparation period (where we lovingly wrap your dress with lavender sprigs), you’ll receive tracking information via email. Track your package’s journey from our mountain atelier in real-time with DHL, FedEx, or EMS.

Every Dresselia order arrives in our signature keepsake packaging with tissue and lavender, perfect for gifting! For bridal party orders, we offer coordinating boxes at no additional cost.

We offer two enchanted delivery experiences:

We offer 15-day returns from delivery date for unworn, unaltered dresses with tags attached. Bridal and custom items are final sale. Initiate returns by emailing [email protected]—we’ll provide a prepaid label for U.S. returns (international returns are responsible for return shipping).
Once we receive your return, please allow:
